we took our 2019 ford flex in for a recall adjustment. they slotted us in the next day - big plus - and we’re very quick with the fix. we had just gotten home (from ankeny to the north side of des moines) when we received the text that it was finished. only downside was that, when we picked it up, the promised free car wash didn’t happen. that said, we were pleased, and will return for the next recall repair IF FORD EVER GETS THE NEEDED PARTS!! note: it was free, since it was a recall fix.

AI Booking made it harder because it got my name wrong and didn’t give information I provided over to the service advisor. Then than that all was excellent as expected like previous appointments
