This dealership has amazing service! I was just there today (Saturday August 1st). They don’t have shuttle service on weekends, but it was going to be a bit of a wait for my oil change since they were behind. They paid for an uber to get me home to wait along with a ride back. When I’m ready for a new car I will definitely do business here.

I have purchased several vehicles over the years from dewey ford, as well as having service done on many. I keep going back because I have never had any issues with this dealership. When I find a place i like I generally stay with them.
Dewey Ford provides prompt service, clear communication excellent Service Advisor (Gina Cahail), fair pricing, clean facilities, vehicle delivery.

With the trouble I’ve had with my tailgate I was upset not knowing what the problem was. Carl with Dewey and I had agreement that they could hold my vehicle until problem could be resolved. The technician communicated that the problem maybe with the battery. I puzzled with the diagnosis, but I was wrong and they were right as have no other problems with the tailgate in a week’s time.

Sales associate was very attentive/friendly and price for the vehicle we purchased was right.When we test drove though, car was not detailed well and areas needing paint touch up were not done or done poorly. Sales associate promised a full tank of gas and tank was near empty when we drove off the lot. So there are some concerns.
I had one of the greatest mobile experiences. The tech was very professional and made sure to keep me informed of everything and the time it would take to complete. I received photos of anything found wrong and was even asked if I wanted them to come back out and fill up my washer fluid as they had just ran out.
The service department did a great job with timing and communication while fixing my tire. I was also offered a loaner since would take a couple days to have my vehicle ready. Ty is the best!
