Sales associate was very attentive/friendly and price for the vehicle we purchased was right.When we test drove though, car was not detailed well and areas needing paint touch up were not done or done poorly. Sales associate promised a full tank of gas and tank was near empty when we drove off the lot. So there are some concerns.
I had one of the greatest mobile experiences. The tech was very professional and made sure to keep me informed of everything and the time it would take to complete. I received photos of anything found wrong and was even asked if I wanted them to come back out and fill up my washer fluid as they had just ran out.
The service department did a great job with timing and communication while fixing my tire. I was also offered a loaner since would take a couple days to have my vehicle ready. Ty is the best!

I recently went to Dewey Ford for an oil change. They were busy but the associate was friendly and they performed the service quickly. The technician working on my vehicle took video of all things he noticed and items he recommended replaced. I really appreciate that feature of the service. It allows you to see first hand what they are looking at and recommending for any work done. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Do less pushing add-ons after agreeing on price. Ask before adding cost rather than me catching those and asking for them to be removed.

If you’re looking for a dealership that sticks by you after you drive off the lot, this is it. I got an excellent deal on my car last October, and the service department has been incredibly reliable ever since. Scheduling is always quick and they actually have openings when you need them. Very happy with Dewey Ford! Found the exact Ford Bronco Sport we wanted at several locations. One was actually closer than Dewey. After comparing price and working with Maddie we decided it was worth the drive. I mentioned finding our vehicle to a freind “ near DesMoines”. His comment was “Dewey Ford? We bought our Ford there too!”.

Exactly with changing my oil. Lacey was AMAZING! She called me and let me know the progress of my oil and status of car. They met me and took my car to the shop which allowed me to stay and volunteer at the ARL! Then brought my car back. Totally appreciate them being cognitive about my time. Mechanic was careful with the cleanest of my car. Total great service, thanks everyone!

We were very happy with our salesperson Kevin. He was enjoyable to visit with, very knowledgeable, and had good customer focus. He deserves a 5 rating! The new car sales manager initially seemed unsympathetic with our issues on the overall delays, and changes in economies (tax incentives) with time, but he came around in the end and we are satisfied with the overall experience.
Working from out of state and truck broke down. I had to rent a truck and called for an appt. I took the truck and dropped it off the night prior. One week later they still haven’t even started on it. I am stranded cause I have to take the other truck back. Terrible service but at least since they never started on it so there was no cost. Why give me an appt if you are going to leave my truck outside for a week? I will have to go somewhere else

Had a great experience at Dewey Ford no pressure at all very nice and informative
